Kitchen Team Member
About the Job
Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistently providing friendly, responsive service, great food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests.
Kitchen Team Members may work in a variety of stations including food prep, breading, fry station, grill station, dishes, packaging, etc.
At this time, we are currently only hiring for part-time kitchen team members.
Create a food safe environment by ensuring all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines are followed
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
Maintaining a clean kitchen including all dishes and equipment
Must be able to work Saturdays
Able to work at a quick, efficient and thorough pace in a kitchen
Able to stand and/or walk during shift and move freely throughout the kitchen
Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
Able to go up and down from ladders
Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
Must obtain a California Food Handler's Card from an ANSI accredited organization before start date
Prior experience in cooking, breading, frying, prep, and dishwashing a plus
Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
